You may exchange your current license plate for a Red Rock Canyon plate at any time; no emissions inspection or registration renewal is required. Friends will receive $25 of the initial cost ($61 + $5 transfer fee) and $20 of the $30 renewal fee each year. These are tax deductible donations that directly support programming at Red Rock Canyon.
